  1. Hello folks,

    I have long suspected that the Casino BlackJack was rigged .... I've complained a number of times and got a response which I've pasted below:

    ======================================…

    Hello,
    The team forwarded your concerns to me, and I hope that I will be able to satisfactorily adrress them. We are aware of some lingering bugs in the Blackjack game. Certain play results are not yet acting as they should. We are hopeful that a soon-to-be released patch will seal up the last of these issues. That said, the other issues you mentioned - those of the odds of winning - Are not part of the problem. The game IS set so that the higher the bid (and therefore potential payout), the higher the odds are stacked against the player. This is not a bug in the system, but a very standard scenario. With virtually all forms of gambling, the house has the advantage, and the higher the stakes, the more the odds are stacked against you. We have tried to create an experience similar to playing in a brick and mortar casino, and unfortunately, that does include losing. However, I assure you that the larger-wager Payouts DO occur. I have seen a few cases of the highest-possible payouts, but those members - like you - had to endure some fairly hefty losses before their perseverance paid off. If you continue playing, I know you'll hit some good payouts!

    Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you for participating!

    So to anyone who has lost big points to the BlackJack game - you now have your answer .... the game is rigged in favor on the dealer. If you have been victimized by partipating in this game, I suggest that you email the management and ask them to fix it and arrange to have your losses put back.

  11. Regarding yesterday's Joe 11 am, the tech support "adjusted" the points to give a credit, but I don't think that the root problem is resolved.

  12. lucky you! and I think you're right anon. It's not fixed.
    I wrote yesterday and they replied that it is working now and to try again. Still nothing worked and I didn't bother writing back to say it wasn't...
